Shipping costs depend on the country of destination. BRT Italy is 10€, BRT Europe is 20€, BRT Switzerland is 35€ and POSTE ITALIANE Asia, America, Africa and Oceania is 50€.

All orders regularly placed from Monday to Friday (including holidays and days before holidays) will be shipped based on production and realization times with an estimated maximum of two working days. For any fast shipping needs, you can contact us directly by email or mobile number. Orders with payment by bank transfer will always be shipped after the actual credit determined by the currency of the same. The times stated above are indicative and may vary in periods of intensive work for the different orders registered. As soon as the shipment has left our office, an email will be sent to inform you of the courier’s tracking and to keep track of the shipment.

Transport Times

The transport on the territory is entrusted to BRT S.p.A. or other Express Couriers available according to the most advantageous rates, which deliver on average throughout Italy within 24/48 hours. The times indicated above are absolutely indicative and may vary during holiday periods and/or according to the destination to be reached. In any case, the company BRT S.p.A. is not responsible for any delays due to the courier. Transport is covered by integral insurance against damage due to transport showing any evidence of damaged packaging.

IMPORTANT: In order to have a fast and safe delivery it is necessary to indicate the destination address with the greatest possible precision. It is therefore important to provide the complete address with useful information, for example Staircase, Interior, Intercom, etc … also always indicate a telephone number where the courier can possibly contact you before delivery. ph24.it of the Printh24 srls company is not responsible for any delays and/or non-delivery caused by incomplete or inadequately provided addresses when ordering. Any delays will not give the buyer any right to claim damages of any kind. However, for any problem we are always at your complete disposal to resolve any disputes with the courier.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

It is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal (pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 206/2005 (and subsequent updates) by communicating to ph24.it of the Printh24 srls company, the intention not to keep one or more purchased items and requesting the refund or any exchange for another item.The communication of the withdrawal must take place no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from receipt of the goods and confirmed within 48 hours by registered letter with return receipt or email with acknowledgment of receipt, by and exclusively through the request via email, with any verification photos of the package and the damaged product via email: info@ph24.it

At this point, within a maximum of 1/2 working days, the product will be sent back again at no additional cost. The return of the product can only be made if it is damaged or there are product errors such as the wrong photo of the subject.

It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

  • Purchase made for business and/or professional use (purchase with VAT number).
  • Any product that does not retain the original characteristics and equipment possessed at the time of purchase.
  • Any product that has been used even minimally or that has undergone alteration, tampering, breakage, abrasion or simple opening of a seal.
